Are we taking responsibility for our own wellbeing?
How? By choosing healthy food, enough rest, a supportive environment.
Are we taking responsibility for our own mindset and beliefs?
How? By switching off the noise. By embracing silence. By choosing to expand our awareness, so that we can see when we are being led – instead of sourcing from our own essence.
Are we taking responsibility for our own frequency? For the energy field that we are (co)creating?
How? By CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSING the vibration we want to hold. By choosing based on what we feel within and not what is being thrown at us from outside. By holding presence in the now moment. By focusing our attention on what contributes to the world we wish to see.
When the sky gets dark, it doesn’t mean the LIGHT has disappeared. We simply don’t see it in that moment. In those times CONNECT to that SEED OF LIGHT you carry within… and then to all the seeds of light vibrating around you.
You don’t need to see us. Lean into that part of you that knows we are here.
