How did you feel in the past couple of days? For many it has been a very intense and even new experience. Unknown, deeper, unexpected. I believe the birthing of our new collective reality is very close and we’re now in the part of the journey, when embracing our own rhythm AND the unknown elements of it, is more important than ever. There is time for being still and a time for moving…

In this episode we again combine our experiences and insights to talk about the birthing process we’re going through as collective and individuals. Anneke is as RN, psychiatric nurse, yoga teacher and therapist, a bridge-builder in the field of yoga therapy for mental health. I am a former criminal lawyer, intuitive, codes keeper and activator connecting the cosmic to the physical.
Btw we recorded it yesterday in the midst of the epic wave of expansion pulsating through the human collective!
Here’s what we shared:
Our own experiences with natural rhythms of birthing and creation, as a mother and female creator in general
Every creation process is unique and it has periods of pushing and stillness
We look at what it even means to be in a transition period
We offer some pieces of guidance that can support a smoother transition into change
And as usual, we share our personal stories and how we are paving our paths out of the box
This is a podcast where we talk about how to find your own way to clarity. Life can be a messy journey, and we believe it’s not a bad thing, it is simply a part of the path and it can actually open the way to deeper clarity, if we allow ourselves to face it.

We’d love to hear your voice too, so please share your insights and takeaways. ENJOY! 💛
p.s.: As usually, take what resonates and leave the rest behind. We each have a specific and unique process and it’s ok.
